overpriced and somewhat DISAPPOINTING
high prices terrible smell
i found the prices charged for EVERYTHING, like massages and drinks, to be far too high, especially when compared to other places i visited in bali. the room i originally received had a TERRIBLE smell, that caused headaches. thankfully, the staff were able to relocate me, it was an inconvenience i didn't anticipate.

mixed feelings about the villa
damp smell inadequate lighting
The room had a noticeable damp smell upon arrival, and it persisted throughout my stay. a major oversight was the toilet seat. It was loose and almost detached. the lighting was also inadequate, offering only one dim setting with no options to adjust the ambience. i could also hear a lot of noise coming from the restaurant since it was very close to the room.

peaceful hideaway
airport transfer friendly staff
i found the staff friendly and helpful. they arranged airport transfer and were always quick to assist me when i needed anything. the location was lovely as well, not too far from the city center and also not in the center.
i booked the suite assuming i would have a view of the valley from the room, but the room was a five-minute walk from the main resort up the hill. the only view was the walls surrounding the suite. this was disappointing.

the location includes a free shuttle service, however it operates only three times a day. there are a limited number of sunbeds available at the pool and also yoga classes for the guests.

the hotel is located in the middle of nature and provides quiet atmosphere. the hotel is situated away from the center and offers a calm environment with beautiful views. there is noise from animal sounds.

i found the rooms spacious and clean plus the bed was comfortable. rooms include all the necessities a guest could possibly need. the interior is beautiful with decoration flowers.

fresh fruit cultural experience spacious bathroom
The Balinese dance night on Wednesday was a superb cultural experience. Breakfast offered really good choices and service. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. I found the semi-outdoor bathroom very spacious and relaxing.
The lighting in the room was quite dim and could use some improvement.

i enjoyed the morning yoga session. the staff was very friendly and efficient with requests. breakfast was good with many options. the pool also was nice and clean.
some sounds at night was annoying.
